| This is a training wheel made for a future traction recumbent. The objective was to build strong at a moderate price, with a 9 and 10 speeds compatibility. The cost price of all the parts is around 110 euros (138$). The rim looks good except the drillings have no offset ! I had to correct the drillings orientation with a rat-tail file, only on the opposite freewheel side. It increased the build time of this wheel (much more than 2 hours). I just noticed at the end that the rim stricker was expecting an offset. |
